The Issuer's notification on the intention to merge with another entity- second notification
Pursuant to §5 (1) (13) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal ( Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133 i.e., hereinabove referred to as the Regulation), the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that on 27 March 2014 a resolution was adopted on the merger of the Issuer (the acquiring company) and Zespół Przychodni Formica Sp. z o. o. (the acquired company). The Issuer currently holds 100% shares in the company being acquired. The Issuer informed about the merger plan in its current reports nos. 46/2014 of 27.03.2014 and 47/2014 of 03.04.2014.
Please find enclosed the Issuer's second notification to the shareholders of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA on the intention to merge of the above companies.
