As a supplement to the 2011 annual report, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs about the remuneration of the members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board, individually for each of the managing and supervising persons of the Issuer, cumulatively for management and other business functions performed for the Company.
