Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) and (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA announces that Mr Grzegorz Stępiński was appointed a Supervisory Board Member by the Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on December 17th 2015. In accordance to the submitted statement, the new member of the Supervisory Board does not conduct any business activities competitive to the Company neither has has been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors under National Court Register Act.

A short biography of Mr. Grzegorz Stępiński- the new member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Grzegorz Stępiński, since 2012, has been a member of PZU team, where he holds the position of Investment Manager / Investment Analyst, supporting acquisition projects which are implemented under the PZU Group's strategy, developing transactional documentation and supervising external advisers, as well as monitoring the investments and preparing market analysis. Previously, Mr. Grzegorz Stępiński gained experience working for such consulting firms as KPMG Advisory and PWC Polska, where he conducted due diligence analysis on financial and commercial audits of financial statements. His experience includes industries in the manufacturing sector, real estate, technology and private health care. Grzegorz Stępiński holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations at the University of Łódź. He also studied at Warsaw Technical University as part of the MBA PZU Innovate.
