Pursuant to Art. 56(1) (1) of the Act of 29 July 2015 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System, and on Public Companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2013, Item 1382 as amended) the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that the following persons are the candidates for the Board Member of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. for the third joint term of office:
