Amendment to a significant contract in the subsidiary of the Issuer- Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. w Lubinie

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving as of 24 March 2015 an annex to the contract concluded by a subsidiary- Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. with the National Health Fund – the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) concerning the provision of healthcare services such as palliative and hospice care for the period 1 January to 31 December 2014. Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by the subsidiary of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. - Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. concerning services rendered in 2014 in its current reports nos. 31/2014 18.02.2014, 60/2014 of 10.06.2014, 85/2014 of 23.09.2014, 113/2014 of 29.12.2014, 13/2015 of 2.02.2015, 24/2015 of 18.02.2015, 26/2015 of 18.02.2015 and 27/2015 of 19.02.2015. As a result of signing the said annex to the contract with NHF with respect to rendering services in the period 1 January to 31 December 2014, the value of the contract with the highest value has not changed and it currently amounts to PLN 49,872,719.00. The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the subsidiary currently amounts to PLN 57,945,889.42 (a decrease by PLN 44,654.30) for medical services provided in the period 1 January to 31 December 2014. A criterion for a contract to be considered significant: The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
