Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that on 8th February the Company received annexes to the contract concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of inpatient care for the period 1st January to 31st December 2015. Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. with the Fund Branch concerning services rendered in 2015 in its current reports nos. 50/2015 of 30.06.2015, 64/2015 of 04.09.2015, 69/2015 of 06.10.2015, 74/2015 of 05.11.2015 and 82/2015 of 27.11.2015 As a result of signing the said annexes to the contract with the National Health Fund regarding healthcare services provided in the period 1st January to 31st December 2015, the value of the contract with highest value has not changed and it amounts to PLN 12,172,986.00 ( an increase by PLN 5,976.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the Company for the healthcare services rendered by St. Anthony's Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. currently totals PLN 14,464,735.34 (an increase by PLN 5,976.00) for the period 1st January to 31st December 2015. A criterion for a contract to be considered significant: The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
