Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 20 November 2014, Mr. Piotr Gerber resigned from his position as the President and the Member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA. Mr. Piotr Gerber resigned for personal reasons.
