Report no. 9/2012

The Management Board of EMC Medical Institute SA informs that in the connection with the planned development of John Paul II Geriatric Hospital in Katowice owned by the  subsidiary of EMC Silesia sp. z o.o. pursuant to the contract dated January 8, 2009, which the Company informed  about in its current report No 2/2009 of 01.08.2009, and  the Resolution No 1/2012 of the  Management Board of EMC Silesia sp. z o.o. adopted on 25 January 2012 on convening the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders in order to increase the share capital, EMC Medical Institute SA will be involved in the increase of the share capital of EMC Silesia sp. z o.o. by the amount to PLN 5,100,000.00 until no later than  the end of June 2012.

Resources obtained by EMC Silesia sp z o.o. from the increase in share capital will be allocated to expand John Paul II Geriatric Hospital. EMC Medical Institute SA will participate in the increase in the share capital of EMC Silesia Sp. z o.o. with the proceeds from the issue of of Series G  Shares of EMC Medical Institute SA.
