Receiving notification about the involvement of PZU Group in the shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA
The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 30 August 2012 a notification from Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Asset Management SA (PZU-AM) concerning the total involvement in the shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
The total involvement of the clients of PZU-AM in the shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. managed by PZU-AM portfolio as of 23 August 2012 was 1,013,323 shares which constituted 12,17% of the initial capital of EMC –SA and entitled to 10,31% in the total number shares of the Issuer. Within the aforementioned number are the shares of PZU SA and PZU clients, which have been subject to an obligation fulfilled by PZU SA on 28 August to provide information pursuant to Article 69 (1) (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies.
The Company informed about the former involvement of PZU Group in the company’s shares in its current reports nos. 24/2005 of 08.08.2005, 83/2007 of 11.12.2007, 60/2009 of 28.07.2009, 65/2009 of 14.08.2009, 67/2009 of 18.08.2009 and 84/2012 of 29.08.2012.
