Pursuant to § 34 (1) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 16 August 2012 information that the Management Board of National Depository for Securities on 14 August 2012 adopted a Resolution No. 604/12 on the registration of Series G shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA with the depository of securities.

The Management Board of National Depository for Securities resolved to register 1,189,602 Series G shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA with a nominal value of PLN. 4.00 each marked as PLEMCIM00017, provided that the company operating the regulated market shall decide to introduce such shares to trading on regulated market to which other shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA marked as PLEMCIM00017 have been introduced ​.

Registration of series G shares in the depository of securities will be made in relation to closing accounts maintained for tradable allotment certificates marked as PLEMCIM00108 within three days of receiving by the National Depository for Securities documents proving adoption of the decision to introduce such shares to trading on regulated market to which other shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny ​​ marked PLEMCIM00017 have been introduced by the company operating the regulated market, however not earlier than on the day of the introduction of the shares to trading on the market as indicated in this decision.
