Pursuant to §5 (1) (19) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities the Management Board of EMC  Instytut Medyczny SA informs that on 14 May 2014 in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards the Supervisory Board of the Company,  by way of the Resolution no. 11/2014, resolved to appointed Ernst & Young Audyt Polska  sp. z o.o.( hereinafter referred to as E&Y)  as the entity authorized to audit the financial statement of the Company as well as the consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for the fiscal year 2014.

Appointing  E&Y as an auditor was  recommended by the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
Currently, a contract is to be signed to review the  financial statements of Company and the consolidated financial statements of the Capital Group EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for the first half-year of 2014, and to audit the financial statements of the Company and the consolidated financial statements of the Capital Group EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for the entire 2014.

Ernst & Young Audyt Polska sp. z o.o. has been entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements by the National Council of Statutory Auditors, entry No. 130
