Pursuant to Art. 70 (3) of the Act on Public Offering, Terms of Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. hands over as attached the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting held on May 14.
