Amendment to a significant contract in St. Roch’s Hospital in Ozimek near Opole

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 30 March 2012 the Company received settlements to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund - the Opolskie Voivodeship Branch in Opole (the Fund Branch), regarding  settlement of costs of healthcare services in the scope of  nursing  and care services as well as palliative and hospice care provided in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.

Healthcare services referred to  hereinabove are provided by  St. Roch's Hospital in Ozimek near Opole owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2011 in its current reports nos.  10/2011 of 18.01.2011, 14/2011 of 20.01.2011, 27/2011 of 08.02.2011, 38/2011 of 11.03.2011, 38/2011K of 14.03.2011, 64/2011 of 11.05.2011, 68/2011 of 27.05.2011, 77/2011 of  5.07.2011, 87/2011 of 19.07.2011, 87/2011K of 30.09.2011, 101/2011 of 30.09.2011, 104/2011 of 25.11.2011, 112/2011 of 25.11.2011 and 117/2011 of 07.12.2011, 26/2012 of 21.02.2012 and concerning rendering services in 2012 in its current reports nos. 7/2012 of 24.01.2012, 18/2012 of 30.01.2012, 25/2012 of 12.02.2012, 41/2012 of 20.03.2012 and 43/2012 of  27.03.2012.

As a result of signing the said settlements, the total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the regarding health care services provided by St. Roch's Hospital in Ozimek near Opole owned by the Issuer, has changed and it currently amounts to PLN 12,418,549.79 (an increase by PLN. 59,023.34) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public remain unchanged.
A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:
The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
