The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that allotment of bearer Series G shares of the Company EMC Medical Institute SA was made on 28 February 2012. 1,189,602 Series G Shares have been allocated under the the primary and additional subscriptions in accordance with the subscription orders placed.

The detailed report on the completion of subscription of  Series G Shares  shall be made public pursuant to § 33 (2) Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal.
