Resignation of a Management Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on March 31st 2016 Mrs Agnieszka Szpara resigned from her position as the President and the Member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA. Mrs Agnieszka Szpara shall hold her current position until April 30th 2016.
