Amendment to a significant contract in St. George’s Hospital in Kamień Pomorski

 

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 25 March 2013 settlements  to the contract with the National Health Fund - the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship Branch in Szczecin (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services such as hospital treatment, outpatient specialist care, outpatient specialist care (cost-consuming outpatient diagnostic services), therapeutic rehabilitation for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012.
 
 Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
 
The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski  with the Fund Branch concerning healthcare services rendered in 2012 in its current reports nos. 8/2012 of 24.01.2012, 61/2012 of 15.02.2012, 73/2012 of 08.08.2012, 83/2012 of 24.08.2012, 101/2012 of 09.10.2012  and 102/2012 of 17.10.2012. The Issuer informed about the contracts concerning rendering healthcare services by the said hospital  in 2013 in its current report no. 1/2013 of 02.01.2013.
 
As a result of signing the abovementioned settlements, the value of the contract with highest value has changed and and  it currently amounts to PLN 9,304,202.00 (an increase by PLN 8,472.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards  the Company with regard to healthcare services rendered by St. George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski  has changed and  it currently amounts to PLN 11,434,515.56 (an increase by PLN 45,362,08) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012. 
 
The other material terms of the contract made public remain unchanged. 
 
A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:
The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
