Pursuant to Art. 70 (3) of the Act on Public Offering, Terms of Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. hands over as attached the list of shareholders holding at 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting that was held on March 31st 2016.
