Amendment to a significant Preliminary Agreement for Sale of Shares of the Regional Healthcare Centre limited liability company based in Lubin

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. reports that on 31 January 2014 an annex was signed to the Preliminary Agreement for Sale of shares of the Regional Health Centre limited liability company based in Lubin which the Issuer entered into on 23 December 2013 with the District of Lubiń. The Issuer informed about the said contract in its current report no 117/2013 of 23.12.2013.

In the above annex, the Issuer undertook to sign the the Final Sale Agreement until 28.02.2014.

The other material terms of the contract remain unchanged A criterion for a contract to be considered significant is the value of contracts that exceeds 10% of the equity capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
