Amendment to the credit agreement concluded by the subsidiary " Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o. in Kowary and Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA
Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that on 31 December 2013 an annex to the agreement no. U/0078953404/0002/2013/6000 was signed by the subsidiary Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o. o. in Kowary and Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the Bank) of which the Issuer informed in its current reports nos. 107/2012 of 31.10.2012 and 30/2013 of 11.04.2013.
As a result of signing the said annex, the drawdown date has been extended until 31 December 2014. The other material terms of the loan agreement remain unchanged.
A criterion for a contract to be considered significant is the value of the object of the contracts amounting to at least 10% of the value of the equity capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
