On the basis of a notification received  on 23 November 2012 from Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM ) the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs  about the decrease in the  involvement below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
 

In the first part of the notification submitted pursuant to Art. 87(1)(3)(b) of the Act as of 29 July 2005 on Public Offer and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM) informed about the decrease in the total involvement to the level of 4.83% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. within the scope of financial instruments being part of portfolios managed as part of PPIM’s management of the portfolio of brokers’ instruments. The transaction of the purchase of shares was made on 19.11.2012.

The number of shares and votes held before the change in the share was 528,447. The percentage share in the initial capital was 6.35%, while the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders was 5.38%. The number of shares and votes held after the change in the share amounts to  474,191. The percentage share in the initial capital is 6,12%, while the share in the total number of votes is 4.83%. 

In accordance with the information included in the said notification, the shareholders jointly holding the specified number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. are all Clients of Pekao Investment Management S.A. (within the scope of portfolios managed by PPIM). 
 

In the second part of the notification submitted pursuant to Art. 87(1)(2)(a) of the Act as of 29 July 2005 on Public Offer and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM), executing the contract for the provision of services within the scope of the management of the investment portfolio of funds, concluded by and between Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. and PPIM, informed on behalf of the following funds:

1. Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty,

2. Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty,
 

on the decrease is the involvement of the said funds to the level of 4.45% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. within the scope of shares being a part of portfolios of these funds managed as part of PPIM’s management of the portfolio of funds' instruments. The transaction of the purchase of shares was made on 19.11.2012.
 

The number of shares and votes held before the change in the share was 491,397. The percentage share in the initial capital was 5,90%, while the share in the total number of votes was 5.0004 %. The number of shares and votes held after the change in the share is 437,141. The percentage share in the initial capital is 5.25%, while the share in the total number of votes is 4.45 %.
 

In accordance with the information included in the said notification, the shareholders jointly holding the specified number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. are the said investment funds. Portfolios of investment funds are a subgroup of all portfolios of clients of PPIM described in the first part of the notification.
