Amendment to a significant contract in the subsidiary company “Mikulicz” sp. z o.o. in Świebodzice

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., in connection with receiving as of  2 November 2011  annexes to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) signed by the subsidiary company “Mikulicz” sp. z o.o.  regarding healthcare services in the scope of  hospital treatment, outpatient specialist care, psychiatric care and addiction treatment for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2011.  

Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by the subsidiary company “Mikulicz” Sp. z o.o. in Świebodzice owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by Mikulicz sp. z o.o. with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2011 in its current reports nos. 18/2011 of  25.01.2011, 24/2011 of 02.02.2011, 43/2011 of 16.03.2011, 61/2011 of  05.05.2011, 73/2011 of 30.06.2011, 79/2011 of 08.07.2011 and 83/2011 of 15.07.2011.

As a result of signing the said annexes, the value of the contract with the highest value has changed and currently amounts to PLN 10,306,080.00 (an increase by PLN 443.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the subsidiary company Mikulicz sp. z o.o. in Świebodzice has changed and currently amounts to PLN 12,824,175.89 (an increase by PLN 8,085.50 ) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public in the said current report remain unchanged.

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant: The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
