Report no. 100/2013

 

Pursuant to § 5(1)(3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that on 29 October 2013 an annex to the current account credit contract was signed with Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the Bank).

 

The Issuer  informed about the contracts previous ly concluded with Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA in its current reports nos. 85/2008 of 15 October 2008, 35/2009 of 20 April 2009, 40/2012 of 20 March 2012, 106/2012 of 31 October 2012 and 36/2013 of  19 April 2013.

 

On the basis of the above mentioned annex,  for technical reasons , the credit repayment date has been extended for a period of two months, that is until 30.12.2013. 

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public in the said current report remain unchanged.

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant is the value of the object of the contracts amounting to at least 10% of the value of the equity capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
