Notification of an indirect acquisition of a significant block of shares
The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (hereinafter the "Issuer", "Company") informs that on 04/02/2021 it received from SKNAP HL based in Limassol, Cyprus 212, C&I CENTER, 2nd floor, P.C. 3082 notifications of indirect acquisition of a significant block of shares entitling to exercise voting rights in the scope of 83.51% of the total number of votes in the Company by SKNAP HL shares pursuant to Art. 69 (1) ( 2 ) in connection with art. 69 a ( 1) ( 3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2080, as amended)
