Nominating a Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA announces that Agata Meštellérova has been nominated as a Member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Issuer’) by the Extraordinary General Meeting which was held on 6 March 2019.

Agata Meštellérova graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. During her studies, she participated in a program in France run by the prestigious Burgundy School of Business; since 2012 he has been cooperating with Penta Investments Ltd. and since then has remained co-responsible for several investments mainly in the health sector (pharmacies and hospitals). Agata Meštellérova also cooperates with a leading network of pharmacies in Europe (Dr. Max), where she supports management and she is also responsible for the innovation program. Until 2017 Agata Meštellérova successfully managed properties as well as being in charge of developing the Polish branch (Clar System ltd).

In accordance with the submitted statement, other than within the Company, Agáta Meštellérová does not conduct any business activity including any activity competitive to Issuer.  He is not a partner in any competitive business, such as civil or private partnership or limited partnership nor is she involved in any other competitive legal entity by acting as a member of its governing body.

Agáta Meštellérová, in accordance with the submitted statement, has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

§ 5 (5) in relation to § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions of  Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal.
