Resignation of the Supervisory Board member of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) informs that on 23.12.2020 Dariusz Hołubowicz handed in his resignation from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A for personal reasons that is effective 31.12.2020.
