The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer", "Company") informs that the agreement was concluded with the Kamień District regarding the signing, by March 1, 2021, a contract for the sale of an organized part of the enterprise (ZCP) of the Company made up of   St. George’s Hospital in Kamień Pomorski along with the Specialist Outpatient Clinic for the newly founded company Szpital w Kamieniu Sp. z o.o.
