Expert opinion on the examination of the merger plan of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. and Penta Hospitals Poland sp.z o.o.
The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (‘the Company’), with reference to the current report of the Company No. 24/2019 of 23 September 2019 (Agreement on the Merger Plan of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA and Penta Hospitals Poland sp. z oo), hereby announces that on November 15, 2019, the Company received the opinion of an independent certified auditor from the audit of the plan to merge the Company with Penta Hospitals Poland sp. z oo that was prepared on September 23, 2019 on the basis of art. 503 § 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies.
With reference to the above, the Company publishes the content of the opinion in the form of an attachment to this current report.
