The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Issuer’) hands over as attached the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on August 31, 2020

Pursuant to Art.70 (3) of the Act July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, the Terms of Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies.
