Information on the Adjustment to the Annual Report for 2018 and the Consolidated Annual Report for 2018
On April 16, 2019 the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA set forth the adjustment to the Annual Report for 2018 and the Consolidated Annual Report for 2018.
At the same time the Management Board of the Company ensures that the content of the Reports is identical to that provided on April 15, 2018.
The subject of the adjustment is the format of the files disclosed in the Financial Statements of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 and the Consolidated Report of the Management Board on the operations of the Group EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for the financial year 2018 including the Management Board Report.
Detailed Legal grounds: § 15 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions of Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal.
