A decision to reorganize a medical facility which is part of the EMC Group - the discontinuing of the medical services in a department.

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (the ‘Company’) announces that today it has decided to start reorganizing a medical facility within the structure of Instytut Medyczny SA- Saint George’s Hospital in Kamień Pomorski (the ‘Hospital’)

The reason for reorganising the hospital is care for patients’ safety. The estimated cost of implementing the adjustment program in accordance with the recommendations of the sanitary supervision authorities for the Hospital is PLN 3 710 thousand.
