EuroMediCare Hospital has been providing its services to patients in Wrocław since 2002.

Following the extension of EuroMediCare in Wrocław In June 2009, the hospital graces four modern air-conditioned operating rooms, endoscopy rooms and a Diagnostic Imaging Department are provided with state-of-the-art equipment and a modern integrated computer network, enabling the development of telemedicine, namely the dispatch of images and remote consultations, including with units of the EMC Group located abroad and other specialist centres in Poland and beyond.

What ensures highest standards of professional medical care is well-qualified physicians and nurses on duty round-the-clock as well as high-standard patient wards and an Individual Patient Care Department  with intensive postoperative care rooms, where patients’ condition is monitored by anesthetists. Hospitalisation at the unit involves a stay in two-, three- or four-bed rooms with bathrooms, TV and  the Internet.

At EuroMediCare, a range of services has been developed in parallel for patients treated apart from the universal health insurance system and under contract with the National Health Fund.
In addition, patients are admitted on the basis of agreements concluded with insurance providers including PZU Życie SA, Allianz, Inter, Signal Iduna, Generali, Medica Polska as well as the Germany’s larger health insurance provider- AOK.

In addition, the EuroMediCare Hospital takes leading positions year after year in surveys conducted by the most opinion-forming media in Poland (in 2010, the hospital was ranked second among best non-public hospitals according to “Rzeczpospolita”). Furthermore, for the well-being and satisfaction of the patients, the implementation of the “Pain-free Hospital” programme has been started.
