Assistance and design

Please take a look at the offer of our Design Workshop, which specializes in projects for healthcare facilities, specifically the reconstruction and modernisation of existing hospitals.

Here is what we do:

• We develop concept projects as well as architectural and construction projects supported
  by a business plan.
• We offer assistance and help at the early stage of developing projects
  (i.e. we make project assumptions, create functional and development plans).
• We offer assistance in preparing business plans for projects within the medical services sector.
• We prepare and then supervise ongoing investments.
• We provide materials for promoting planned investments.

What we focus on specifically is cost-effective design which will allow us not only to incorporate optimal formal and architectural solutions into the design, but also to make the facilities easy to use and patient- and medical staff-friendly.

Our workshop is a part of EMC Medical Institute, which operates 5 hospitals and 9 outpatient clinics. This is where our medical consultants, current information on medical technology and current knowledge on sanitary standards in medical facilities all originate. In essence, our projects meet the requirements of contemporary medical practice.
